Where are we?

Machynlleth is the ancient Capital of Wales.

An old market town in the centre of Wales, near the coast, Machynlleth is surounded by history and wonderful scenery. It is home to C.A.T. The Centre for Alternative Technology, and largely because of that the Dyfi Valley has a green idealism and a profusion of creativity not seen in other areas.

We are on the A487. 20 miles north of Aberystwyth.

The fabric shop is near the clock. Round the corner.Opposite the White Lion. Closed on Thursdays. You will be assured of a warm welcome.
